Excellent walkthrough by Ruchi
The Customer Service executive, Ruchi explained us on the call in a very detailed and informative way. She was well versed on the application and walked us through all steps of working on the panel. We are really thankful to her and will also appreciate Bhash SMS to have such great team members who make the customer experience a memorable one.
