Never use there service, once they receive the payment they will stop responding! Worst service provider. There API also doesn't work, it is fake!!! WORST

I purchased the WhatsApp bulk service from this company. During sales, I was told that my messages would be delivered in 15 minutes and that their delivery rate was 80%.

After I purchased their service, the delivery rate was not even 5%. They have been faking the delivery report. They will show that the messages were delivered. But I have solid proof that the message was not received. Also, the support team told me that it will take 3-4 hours to deliver. I am fine with it, but at least don't scam me by giving fake reports.

When I call a salesperson or the support team, I am not getting a proper response. The support team keeps creating new ticket numbers and closing the last one, so they don't have any proof of outstanding tickets.

After **9 months** of waiting for a refund for a service Bhash couldn't provide, I thought the worst was over.

Instead, I was told **my refund will only be processed if I delete my negative review.**

Think about that.

The refund isn't being withheld because there's a genuine dispute. It's conditional on removing honest customer feedback.

A reputable company resolves customer issues first and earns better reviews through good service—not by asking customers to erase their experience before issuing a refund.

This only reinforces everything I wrote in my original review. If you're considering Bhash, ask yourself what would happen if something goes wrong.

I will **NOT** delete my reviews in exchange for a refund. My goal is simple: to ensure as many potential customers as possible know about my experience before choosing Bhash. If people decide not to do business with them after reading my honest review, that is a consequence of how they treated me.

Am not someone who put reviews. But Bhash has been the worst firm out that that am forced to give review.. Very bad firm... Absolutely terrible experience. They sold me a service that wasn't suitable for my needs and assured me everything would work. After payment, they couldn't even activate my account. It's been months, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Every update requires me to chase them. Very disappointing company.
