low response having issue with the app no one is responsing and again triying to get new clains i am expect this because starting they are very confotable to that way got doubt i want this

Worst ever service provider. People dont fall for this co. Its Money waste. Their app is very slow, messages dont even get delivered and our credits are wiped off. Total waste of money.Support team dont even respond for days.

Excellent service
I searched for what's app messaging company on Google and here is the place I got introduced to Bhash servics. Unfortunately it took me some time to get my Meta AI account verified due to issues with my documents. But Mr Gaurav and his team along with Sameeksha madam were kind enough to look into the issue and solved my issue which helped in calming down my anxiety.
Services are excellent and prompt and messaging app is wonderful.
Thanks to Mr Gaurav and team for prompt responses and helping me out.
I will recommend everyone these services when needed.

One is still too high for their service. their software is buggy. they will ask you to pay more amount then they have mention on their own site.
you ask for support they will suggest you to use work around and compromise with bug.
when you say that even workaround is not working anymore they will say its working you are not applying.
once you do it live after crawling they will acknowledge their mistake and resolve after long time with workaround not an propper solution.

Zero, Worthless Company, Fraud, DATA Thief, Waste of Time & Money,
They just be behind until the money has received to their account, once received, they dont bother.
I believe they are data frauds. They take our data and sell to some one from other channel.
Dont buy there product.

Beware... in the name of watsapp api they are selling blank messages which dont work. plz becareful before buying anything from them.

The support staff behavior is extremely poor. If you raise any complaint, instead of properly resolving the issue, they simply close the ticket without providing a solution. This creates a very frustrating experience for customers. The support team seriously needs improvement in handling customer queries and ensuring proper resolution before closing complaints.

My experience with BhashSMS has been a mixed one. Initially, the onboarding process was quite challenging, and the sales team was not very attentive or supportive, which made the start difficult.

However, things improved significantly once the technical team got involved. A special mention to Shyam, who was extremely patient and took the time to guide us through the system and training in detail. His support made a noticeable difference and helped us better understand and use the service effectively.

Overall, while the initial experience was not smooth, the technical support team has been helpful and responsive, which has improved our overall impression of the service

Good support from the technical team, but the credit allocation process needs to be much clearer. In my case, I requested marketing credits, but utility credits were added without my knowledge. I’m still following up with them to correct it, and the response time has been quite slow.
