Fast delivery and great price/product

This helmet is super lightweight, I barely notice it. I did a lot of research before buying it as I wanted a helmet that didn’t cover my ears too much so I could still hear the environment around me, and it's perfect for that. It's really well vented which will be handy in summer. The fit was true to size for me and I find the adjustable dial at the back great to get a snug fig once it's on. Much more confidence inspiring on the sketchy stuff to have a full face MIPS helmet. Highly recommended

The bike is in stock. Nothing happens until you complain. Then you’re told it’s been shipped. Not true. When you point this out they say it’s been shipped until you point out the tracking info. Nothing has shipped. A tracking label was created to make it look good and to stop me asking for a refund. So ten days after ordering, no bike and zero progress.

Very very disappointed with my experience. Ordered a pair of shoes on the 20th June and still not even shipped yet.
1st and last time for me. Glad I never bought the bike.

Very clear delivery and prompt shipping updates. They also send follow up emails to check on your purchase, I also received a small discount code for the next purchase. The only feedback I have is with the AI-assisted replies, nothing wrong with it as AI is the new norm but perhaps it can be adjusted to be more straightforward and reduce the "fluff"

In this case, we have got from the online store: the good flatbar bike, and later, an Evo Mips bike helmets, for it.
The iXS Trail Evo Mips helmets.
These helmets are: weightless, tough and universal, and are wearable frontally and in reverse, the most importantly.
1 You need, for a simpler bike trip, to protect front of your head mainly: wear them frontally.
2 You need to protect the front AND the back of your head, AND the good part of your neck (eg. for more challenging biking): wear them in reverse.
Why we, in the aviation prefer these, for our biking: it's because manufacturer is a 100 years ahead of the others, and has set the safety and usability (multi-use) standard, the both ways, for the biking helmets. With this one, they certainly have.
A one can only ask a question: why they all don't make them that multi-safety, multi-use, (the M S M U), way.

Affordable pricing, quick delivery time, service and post-sale follow ups, from the BikesOnline com au store in this case - also: spot on, for our vote.

It would be also great if all the online sellers involved with distributing these bike helmets can provide a lot more stock online in the default: beige-sand-white, the white, the navy-blue and black colors, which is too often sold out online, but that only proves again their popularity.
