Express ship my ass , waste of money
Bought something on a Tuesday before 5 paid for express shipping ,so would think Friday at by the absolute latest, wrong ! Now read their shipping policy well read that and ignore cos it’s shit ! First email says delivery Thursday then Aus post says Friday , then Monday ,now Monday …… Well it’s Monday and now it’s saying Delivery Tuesday…good job you flogs your absolute shit

competition pure click-bait
I was waiting for them to send me a link for a survey so I could relay my thoughts of the business and why I deleted my account privately. Unfortunately 72 hours later I have not received email with said link, so here goes.
I am new to the Biking world and the expense of the hobby has taken me aback, but I came across and advertisement on Facebook that if you subscribe you will be able to enter a competition to win a bike. Read the terms and conditions over and over again, but when entering the site and clicking the link as instructed, no option as instructed appeared to allow you to enter the competition.
The comments on facebook showed that I was not alone and the lack of response from owner leads those that thought the competition was legit to believe that this business offered the competition as an illusion and purely for click-bait and the competition was not real.
Account now deleted, will continue with a business that seems to have better morals and business ethics.

We take transparency and ethics seriously, and it’s disappointing to know this experience didn’t reflect that." <---took almost 4 month to get any response from the business...a quick chat???? I don't think so

Issues with bike from day one that they won’t resolve.
Found out the e-bike I bought never had a speed sensor so has always had an error which means the motor never kicks in properly.
I have evidence that the speed sensor was never there from day 1 and they just keep insinuating that it must have fallen off and are not engaging to resolve the issue.
Buy from a bike shop - the discount just isn’t worth the poor customer service after purchase.

As I'm sure you can understand, we do have to ask all necessary questions to discover the potential cause behind a fault: particularly when we aren't notified until over six months after the purchase- a lot can happen in this time!
We will be more mindful in future with our line of questioning, and investigate other bikes in this lot to see if there's any chance this was a repeat issue.
We can guarantee we want to work with our customers to resolve these issues: and the reimbursement for the missing speed sensor has now been processed.
I sincerely hope the speed sensor will resolve your concerns with the bike and your son enjoys it!

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! Terrible systems that are not customer focused. Realized i ordered an incorrect tire, and immediately called (within five minutes of making the order) the Bikes Online help number to adjust my order. Talked to an “agent” who appeared to just be a random external call center person with no ability to make any changes to my order, but assured me he would pass on my request. By the next day I got notified the original order was being prepared and sent, and eventually got another email saying no changes are possible after an order is made. Only option given to me was to return the item for exchange, including paying a new postage fee for the exchanged item. It’s outrageous that a company would put customers to such a massive level of inconvenience (and extra cost), when they could simply provide customer focused systems to allow adjustments to orders if requests are timely. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to sort out any other problems a customer might encounter with them. I am extremely disappointed and will not order from Bikes Online again.

I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to realise your order couldn’t be adjusted right after placing it. Our system moves quickly to get orders shipped as fast as possible, but that can unfortunately limit our ability to make changes once processing begins. That said, your feedback is valid, and we’re reviewing ways to make this process more flexible and customer-friendly.
Service is completely non existent
Service is completely non existent. Bought a bike for $3000, can’t get in contact with them to fix a problem. Will be forced to take it to a local bike shop. Avoid them, it’s not worth the small discount. Shipping too much longer than elsewhere too.
