I had not heard of Bidvine before this first use. My whole experience was excellent. Their communication was first class. Their introduction to an expert at assembling flat packs saved us what had become a nightmare into a breeze in the park. Thank you.

I've been working with this platform for over 2 years now, is very good to find great
clients, anyway recently has been some changes on the way you pay to get in contact with the client that it makes me feel uncomfortable, Im definitely paying more as before I used to pay £3.60 per bid and if the client don't get back to you they used to refund it straight Away (genius) anyway if the client answered back and then end up cancelling after that, there it was nothing to do... Well, now FIRST I had to delete all my contact details from the quote (NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THAT) Then place the bid and if the client answered back then I got charged £10.80 (quite expensive) wich is worthy if is a contract over £100 wich is quite often and anyway IF the client end up cancelling for any reason, then the FABULOUS customer service team will help you quickly to sort things out to get the refund, but I'm not going to lie is something that I didn't have to do with the previous system and sometimes irritates me, BUT, the platform offers very good clients and it's all about that to be honest, I will try to adapt to this changes and maybe in future understand better how this works.

£16.85 to bid for a job worth £40. Really?

Bidvine is a great platform to find new clients.
I have worked with Bidvine for a few years now and more recently have been using them more.
I definitely recommend this service if you need to find extra clients on quiet weeks, always lots of work to bid for.

BidVine in its self it a great way to get clients that you wouldn’t usually get. However, you do sometimes gets in people that want to pay well under your rate and you will still get charged from BidVine for that interaction. You need to be careful with the automatic bud sender as I have been charged for these before but in general I will continue to use BidVine professionally.
