Has potential but lacking some basic facilities - I wanted a painter and decorator but the jobs are predefined so I had to search for painter and wall-paper hanger seperately. There's no search button - everything is via drop down list. Text edit field bizarrely had no cursor so if you want to go back and edit what you type you have to kind of guess where you are! Used for 1 job so far - will try it again.

Excellent costumer service
Good platform to explore new leads, even better customer service. Every time I needed a refund or I had a question, their staff replied quick and kindly.
And now that the platform has changed their business model it’s even more appealing.
Edit: After months using the platform and hundreds of pounds paid for the use of this app my thoughts have changed. The platform fees are too expensive for only potential leads. Many users wont necesary follow "the protocol" to help the business to get their fee back in case the user finds another professional to work with/not interested on the service anymore. Unfortunately its not sustainable (at least for me) to use it. It is a great concept tho and hopefully they find a way for it to have more realistic fees. And yes, I still agree that the customer service is excellent.

I am shocked that Bidvine have handyman like this con artist on their site. We based our trust on this guys because of Bidvine cite emphasise on trusted local professionals for everything on your to-do list.
Bidvine need to check the definition of the word trusted. We are out of pocked of £2400 and no one is going to refund us this money.

Reasonable price for a professional job
I needed someone to move my Gran's piano and was being quoted extortionate amounts. I found someone on bidvine who did the job with the utmost professionalism, care and respect, for a very reasonable fee. Definitely worth checking on bidvine first before looking elsewhere!
