Was out watching CX races in Belgium and saw the stand with an incredible range of styles.

Staff were friendly and genuine, not pushy at all.

Eventually went for the Guinness Zero hat for the classy colour scheme.

Was genuinely suprised by how comfortable it was as other bobble hats are normally itchy and irritate after a while. However, having used the hat for multiple days of watching, it was never an issue. Super impressed.

Excellent products and amazing customer service over the Christmas and New year period from Gemma. Gemma went above and beyond to resolve an issue which was actually my fault. Would highly recommend buying their big bobble hats!

My order hadn’t turned up with 4 hats for Xmas gifts.

I emailed them on 22nd December. Within 20 minutes Gemma replied and said she would send a replacement order 24hour delivery.

It turned up as promised yesterday (23rd December) and I will still be able to give the gifts I wanted to give.

I love these big bobble hats. And I recommend them highly. I have quite a few of them now, and I love the oversized bobble, and all the different choice of colours they have.

They’re great for wearing when I go cold water swimming as they’re so warm and comfortable to wear.

We purchased these for our shop at the Big Bear Alpine Zoo. The proceeds will go to helping us care for the animals that come through our rehabilitation program. The colors and quality is fantastic and cutomer service was fantastic as well! We are excited to have these in time for our holiday celebration at the zoo.

Great quality item. Very warm and well made and the colour is as described.

I bought a big bobble hat in early March and within days it fell apart. I returned it and received a replacement at the end of March but this one has done exactly the same thing. As my son only wears it at football matches in the colder weather, it hasn't been worn often. Much as I like the hats, the quality is very disappointing

Absolutely LOVE Big Bobble! Just bought 4 more for my wife & myself taking our collection to 14!! Socks & Neck Warmers are excellent & functional too.
Best Hats ever. Great fit & quality, ideal for the winter but still wearable in the warmer months when weather conditions demand. The range of designs is superb with a choice for almost anyone. Keep up the good work.
