I used Big Cat Travel Insurance for a motorcycle tour in Croatia and was really impressed with how straightforward the whole process was. The website was easy to navigate, I could quickly find the cover options I needed and the policy was very competitively priced.

It's refreshing to find an insurer that makes things simple without compromising on cover. Thankfully I didn't need to make a claim, but having the right protection in place gave me peace of mind throughout the trip. I'd happily use Big Cat again for future motorcycle adventures.

Wow, the guys are big cat were so helpful and made sure I had the correct policy in place for my trip to Sri Lanka, cannot recommend these guys highly enough

I have used big cat now about 5 or 6 times maybe

For scuba diving mostly .. the cover is complete... and incredibly good value.

I have now converted a few of my diving friends to using them ..they used to used a well known company ... Westfield.. especially after one lost a dive computer and had all the reports in place to claim and was rejected as the item was in use... the cover was about 3 times the cost too

These folks are friendly.. and they really know their suff. The documents are emailed straight away and if frankly could not be easier.

While I have never made a claim. I feel like it would be easy.

Quick and easy to use website. Everything explained well. Price wise considerably cheaper for long term travellers than other insurance providers.
