Big Green’s Outstanding Staff and products.
The flexibility of the staff and the willingness to adjust things for me and to respectfully assist me with choices and desires is astonishing to find in this day and age given the uncaring nature, dishonesty n greed of others in business. These individuals are the complete opposite of the natures of businesses today in America. They are helpful, kind and understanding and adjust things each time I make mistakes with my order. Big Green has hugest quality of products as well as the highest quality of professionalism. They are so sweet n generously loving they feel like the small start ups in this alternative field from decades ago, when these avant- guard individuals were introducing us all to Organics and alternative therapies. They are truly wonderful to work with and be so helpful. I usually don’t write these comments anymore since this activity impairs my health further, along with other exercise n cognitive activities. But, these individuals truly assist their customer in whatever capacity is necessary. They are all wonderful. And their shipping is swift and boxed safely, secure n strongly. And, every employee is positive and truly helpful and understanding, with any errors which are mine, are adjusted n adapted fir painlessly, quickly, respectfully and responsibly. Somethings no longer experienced with most of the other businesses, especially the huge corporate outfits which shall remain nameless. Thank you, Big Green! You’re the best.

As far as loving the product that’s a no brainer! The steamed sweet potatoe sticks are great! Buttttttt from the time of ordering the product to shipping and getting to me takes 3 weeks to get the product! So not acceptable! I’ll have to go back to ordering from Amazon when the have this in stock! I pretty much pay the same thing once you all add the shipping cost, but I get the product in a day or two
