Big Padlock Reviews

They kept our stuff safe for over four years, always updating on any changes or issues, greats service and would just like to say thank you. :)

They delivered what was promised and both Carol and Denis were always peasant , efficient and very helpful.

Very straightforward and open site management team talked me through options and facilities... easy parking and all on one level .. trolleys available on site .. would throughly recommend this service

Very friendly staff and always helpful. Have rented a lock ups for long term in the past and currently rent an office space. Very happy every time

Staff extremely helpful

Incredible Experience at Big Padlock Wrexham! Though the facility spans two floors, the service provided by Gavin and Rachel is in a league of its own. They are incredibly welcoming, highly professional, and ever willing to assist. The storage units are spotless and organized, with access being a breeze. I wholeheartedly endorse them! ✨

Very friendly service, very efficient couldn’t do enough for us

Helpful staff. Easy to use storage with good access.

These are amazing the help they gave me in my situation means alot to me

From 7-7 7 days a week all the stuff you still need but have no room in your house , 7 really is a lucky number

Couldn't bring all my stuff for storage and what I did store is all on top.of 2 another and pushed into corners.not what I expected for a 2 bedroom house.truly disappointed

Great service and information.
Highly recommend storage

Would use again.

Friendly, efficient, great facilities

It's a fantastic place very cheap and was amazing for what we were looking for .

Great storage facility. Items very well protected and cctv in place. Staff are fantastic and truly help customers. Trolleys available to move items easily into units and padlock supplied. Also fob given to open external shutter to gain access to the storage unit area. Sadly only problem i experienced was me and my friend turned up on sunday at 9am and tried the fob for the external shutter in the pouring down rain to gain access to the storage unit area, and the fob did not work. I rang the number and managed to speak to some guy who sounded like I had just woke him up out of his bed. I stated that the key fob for the external shutter to allow us access to our storage unit was not working and he informed me it will not work until 10am on Sundays. So me and my friend had to wait around for an hour sitting in our car until we could gain access to our own personal belongings. Originally when taking up a unit with this company, we were not informed of no access on sundays until 10am and we had been driving to the unit for nearly an hour in the bad weather just to sit around for an hour in our car on arrival before we could access the storage unit area. So not exactly 24 hour access. So due to this experience I can only give 4 stars.

BIG PADLOCK, AYR - After initially making enquiries with Annelise who was incredibly informative, we were assisted then in person by Kevin who could not have been more helpful. Would 100% recommend - thank you!

Very helpful staff. Great location close to home.
