Hi Tracy-Ann,

We’re sorry to hear that the bangle didn’t meet your expectations. The 66mm size you ordered is currently our largest adult option for golf bangles, and we’ve confirmed it was the correct size upon its return. We understand that finding the perfect fit online can sometimes be challenging.

For other customers, please note that our adult golf bangles range from 60mm to 66mm, and we’re planning to expand our selection to include more sizes soon.

We appreciate your feedback and are happy that your delivery arrived promptly.
Sorry that the item wasn't exactly as you anticipated. Due to the natural uniqueness of pearls, minor differences within a strand are normal since no two pearls are the same. We understand this might have been disappointing, especially as it was intended as a present.

Please be aware that we have a 30-day return policy. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Should you need any further assistance, please contact our customer service team and they will be more than happy to help.

Hi Maureen,

Whilst we appreciate your feedback, we are disappointed you chose to leave a negative review despite the effort my team went through to assist you.

Somehow, you managed to source the personal number of my employee despite it not being associated with the business in any way. Jen contacted you on her day off, assisted you with your purchase well outside of our usual methods, offered a discount and ensured dispatch was made promptly.

Whilst you are not happy with the size of the jewellery, we pride ourselves on our 30 day “any reason” returns policy and this option remains available to you.

You were advised multiple times by Jen to please not contact her on her personal number, particularly outside of business hours and to contact us via email, website messenger or Facebook Messenger. These latter 2 methods you have used prior to your purchase with no issue.

I have also tried to contact you by phone a few times without response.

Continuing to call, message, intimidate and threaten is far from appropriate behaviour and I hate to see my lovely staff members upset.

If you are not happy with the size of the bangle, we are happy to refund or replace with a larger size. Please return the bangle and let us know what you would like to do.
