Mindy J was our client advisor at the LA location and she was sooo amazing! I came in with no idea of what shape and setting I wanted. Walked out of our appointment knowing exactly what I wanted! She knew all the right questions to ask and made the appointment so much fun for not only me but my boyfriend as well! As soon as we walked out of our appointment we both said how much fun it was and it was all thanks to Mindy! All of the pieces that were shown were so beautiful. There is such a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and designs! I HIGHLY recommend booking appointment! Fingers crossed I get a Cullen ring very soon!

We had the lovely chance of having Katarina as our ring consultant for our appointment. She made the process so enjoyable and easy — we were literally laughing the entire appointment. We loved how she offered the option to customize the rings they already had to fit our specific needs. Communication was super clear, as well as pricing. The store itself is laid out beautifully and the rings are all gorgeous. Definitely would recommend Cullen for anyone looking for their engagement/wedding ring!

My Fiancée & I had another wonderful trip to Cullen Jewellery in London. We had visited previously in October (2025) for our Custom Engagement Ring and we were back in October (2026), this time for both our Wedding Bands. We were ably assisted by Sam, she was absolutely fantastic to deal with and once again allowed for a seamless experience. She was so helpful throughout and allowed for an easy decision in the end. I had such an amazing appointment Chloe made mine and my partner’s experience perfect, she made me so comfortable and not one bit did she make me feel like she was pushy she explained everything to us amazing and we’ve nailed it down to 3 options so when the time is right my partner will come back and pick one, we would recommend Cullen to anyone looking for there dream ring, the rings are beautiful and so was the customer service thanks again ☺️

We were so excited for this appointment and it did not disappoint! Brennan was so amazing from the start - offered us drinks before we sat down and walked us through each step. The highlight was getting to walk through their inventory and pick what I wanted to try on, never feeling like I was reaching for too much! The rings were stunning!
