My partner has very low vision and planning our elopement has been bittersweet after a challenging few years. Our experience at Cullen and with Ella was amazing. Ella was incredibly supportive and accommodating for my partner. Ella was amazing at describing the ring and the subtle features and differences between the rings. The experience was incredibly fun.

And of course the jewelry was stunning.

Where do I even begin! 🫠 Working with Khya at Cullen’s London showroom was such a wonderful experience. I got to try on all the styles and diamond sizes I loved with absolutely no sales pressure and found my DREAM engagement ring!

We loved the experience so much that we returned for our wedding bands. I opted for a fully custom design, I sent an inspo and the team were incredibly patient and attentive throughout, exploring all my ideas and revising the CAD designs to bring my vision to life. Much of this was handled by their Melbourne team but communication was seamless and prompt, even with my ridiculously long emails! 🙈

We also found my fiancé’s perfect wedding band at the London showroom and both rings are now in the works. We’re so excited to see them! I genuinely cannot recommend Cullen’s highly enough. If you’re looking for beautiful rings and a team that truly cares about getting EVERY detail right, look no further. I would choose them again in a heartbeat! 🤍 Will probs get other wedding jewellery from here too 😁😏

the team at cullen jewellery were incredibly helpful and supportive, not once did i feel rushed or pressured about anything. they always had prompt and precise answers for any of my questions, and delivered such excellent service. i honestly recommend them hands down. genuinely perfect experience!

Went in feeling a bit nervous with just some notes on my phone for a surprise engagement. Popped into the Sydney showroom - Maddi was brilliant.
So patient, genuine, explained everything, and even picked up on my eyes drawing back to the same band (while my mouth said eeeerrrrm).
Huge relief this was so easy, now I can go back to worrying about her saying yes!
