My experience with Cullen Jewellery was excellent. Paige from Subiaco was very helpful. I came with a couple of ring ideas, she showed me those rings and several additional customisations. I think my girlfriend is going to love the ring.

But Ella’s experience and keenness really showed, as she took us through every little detail and taught us a lot.

We had such a fun time at cullen, i brought 2 friends to help me on the big decision and we had Katie for the appointment, honestly she was great and i felt at ease straight away. All the staff was lovely but im glad it was Katie looking after us. We even got a cute polaroid picture at the end! Recommend 100%

We can’t thank Alayca enough for making our engagement ring journey so special! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and genuinely cares about helping you find the perfect ring. As two people who didn’t know much about engagement rings, she took the time to explain everything, answer all our questions and help me narrow down my options (despite me being very indecisive!). We never felt rushed or pressured and felt completely comfortable making our final decision.

We’ve now seen her three times, and every experience has been fantastic. Her genuine care, patience and expertise have made what could have been an overwhelming process such a special memory for us.

I couldn’t recommend Alayca more, especially if you’re looking for an engagement ring and don’t know where to start. She’s made the whole experience so special and enjoyable, and we’re so grateful for all her help!
