We had such a wonderful experience working with Alayca at Cullen to design our engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was so thoughtful and considerate, and genuinely went above and beyond to get to know us, our story, and what this ring meant to us. She made the whole experience feel so personal and special, taking the time to understand what we were looking for and guiding us through the process of choosing the perfect ring. We never felt rushed or like just another customer, and she made us feel truly valued every step of the way. It was clear how much she cared about getting every detail right and making sure we ended up with something that was perfect for us. We couldn’t be more grateful for her care, patience and attention throughout such a meaningful experience. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to design something so special!

I had a 45-minute appointment and was greeted at the door by a staff member who made me feel welcome straight away.

I then had my appointment with another wonderful staff member who was incredibly friendly, informative and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions.

Chloe at Cullen Jewellery in Manchester was the best! It was me and my partners first time ring shopping and she made it such an easy, no pressure and very enjoyable process. Would 100% recommend!!
