The overall vibe and aesthetic in the room was immaculate. Everyone in the room seemed to have a great attitude. Elizabeth was great at her job and was very patient as we went through many options. A lot of her recommendations were on point and we are a lot closer to figuring out exactly what we want and are way more informed walking away.

We visited the showroom at the weekend and we had an appointment with Madeleine. She was extremely welcoming, super knowledgable and made the whole experience so smooth. Thank you again for getting us sorted with our new wedding rings!

The staff is incredibly helpful, and their designs are clean, classic, and gorgeous. They also offer customization options for wedding bands, allowing couples to create unique jewelry.

Chloe was absolutely awesome during the consult. A great experience, very relaxed and far from overwhelming. Would recommend Chloe and Cullen to anyone.

Picking an engagement ring was a daunting task for me. But Cullen Jewellery made the process super easy. Special mention to Emelitta from the Brisbane store who was friendly and very helpful throughout. She was straight forward and clear which was great.

Our appointment today with Truth was super helpful and informative. She was a joy to deal with and helped us identify our preferences in a ring.

Mindy was extremely attentive and was thorough with answering our questions! She included different ring style varieties incase something outside of what I requested caught my eye. She did not hesitate to grab certain styles after I’d mention them or if I was just curious and wanted to try it on. I ended up finding the style I most likely will go with. I highly recommend Mindy and Cullen as a whole, as everyone was extremely thoughtful and welcoming :)

Victoria was wonderful! It was our second time trying on engagement rings, so we didn’t really know what to look for. Victoria was very patient and sweet to us throughout our appointment. She took the time to show us different stone colors and customization that we were interested in. She also took notes and sent us a very detailed summary of the appointment. We were quite overwhelmed with all the options, so Victoria’s summary really helped us narrow down and keep notes of what we liked.

Overall, we were very happy with our experience at Cullen and with Victoria!

After researching online for a dress ring, I was shown multiple options along with being given a detailed overview of the 4C’s, of which I had very limited knowledge of beforehand.
The show room in Sydney is a beautifully designed, welcoming environment (totally lacking in high end ‘stuffiness’) which made us feel completely relaxed.
There was also no pressure whatsoever to choose a ring outside our budget. Bridget worked with my preferences and we’re now on track to finding the perfect emerald cut dress ring!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Cole, the Assistant Showroom Manager at Cullen Jewellery, to design my dream engagement ring! From start to finish, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to walk me through all my options, answer my many questions, and help me figure out exactly what I wanted without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

Beyond being incredibly informative, Cole was so sweet, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping me create a ring I would absolutely love. I walked away from my consultation feeling so excited, confident, and happy with the entire experience!
