I had the best ring fitting experience with Madison. She was so knowledgeable and helped me make such a difficult decision! All the rings are stunning and she patiently walked me through all the designs . Would highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I had a great time at Cullen. Bella was super hospitable and was very accommodating and patient to our needs. All of our nervous jitters were alleviated as soon as we sat down and had a chat. Her service was exceptional from start to end. We left feeling very happy and more confident in our choices, we will definitely be coming back in the future!

I actually wasn’t going to leave a review but I feel as though it can be used as constructive criticism rather than paint the company in a negative light.

My experience today wasn’t as great as the engagement ring experience. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, Mia was friendly, it just would have been nice if some background homework was done. Today felt like it was our first time in the boutique, I was asked if my engagement was from Cullen, I thought this would be something you’d know before you seat your customer. But I just feel like the behind the scenes could have been handled a bit better.

I had also had requested my ring to be cleaned as apart of the appointment, it was confirmed that it could be done.. and it just didn’t happen…unfortunately the loss off attention to detail today has made us want to go elsewhere for our bands.

She made the whole experience feel so special, relaxed and enjoyable, and we never felt rushed or pressured at any point.
