I was knocked off my bike in November 2023, not my fault. The bike was collected and repaired in good time. Ian Wadsworth took over my PI case and thats when things started to move. He kept me updated by phone, email all through the process, something his predecessor did not. Ian was proffessional throughout and I was completely satisfied with the final outcome

Thought it time for an update, saw a specialist a week ago, waiting for results, things are moving on, will do another update later, date of crash July 2023.

Crash on my motorcycle July 2023, not my fault, had contact via insurers to bike Assist.

Terrible service less than one star.

I have knee injuries damaged shin, no medical examination for lump left knee, only treatment physio and doctor see if I can stand walk OK, he wasn't interested seeing my knee chin scar injurys.

Been continually fobbed off, last comment, from bilke assist, when we receive your doctors records, investigation with commence.

Months pass no contact.

This is a disgrace, I'm thinking of letting a solicitor take over my claim!!

This program will not allow me put in July 2023 the date of crash.

Mark rang me today from Bike Assist for a resolution, hopefully my revue will go positive shortly.

Very professional help with an insurance claim

Bike Assist helped me through my recent accident claim. I felt they made me a priority, and having someone on my side throughout the process was invaluable.
I appreciated having such a great team to support me in the process. Everyone I dealt with was understanding and extremely helpful whenever I needed guidance.
Hopefully, I don’t have to use them again, but if I did, I know I can rely on them.

Sophie Jaggard was instrumental in securing a fair payout from the MIB (untraceable driver). The MIB claims process is not for the faint hearted, but Sophie ensured it was as smooth as it could be. She also ensured that the initial offer was rebuffed on strong grounds, ensuring the final settlement was commensurate with the evidence. Thank you!!

I was contacted ny Bike Assist Legal after a collision at a level crossing with the gates being closed on me without warning knocking me off my motorbike.
I excepted their offer to represent me through the claim.
Michelle Keen dealt with the majority of my claim but she kept me updated at every point of the process.
Communication was excellent and eventually a settlement out of court was agreed.
All the medical appointments were arranged through them and coordinated with the medical professionals.
In my experience, I could not fault their services.

Mr Ian Wadsworth dealt with my case and he went above and beyond really as I had problems to deal with and wasn't forthcoming with my correspondence but he dealt with my case with patience and understanding.as it was the first time I have ever claimed in 45years of driving,biking,he dealt with everything and couldn't ask for more

Good communication and great experience with Ian Wadsworth who dealt with me, kept me in the loop when chasing up the other insurance company . Money took slightly longer than a couple of working days more like 5 so not too long at all , overall experience was great.

My case was passed around a bit at the beginning but once Darren Wardil became my case officer things progressed quickly. He was very informative and professional throughout and diligently chased up my claim.

What can i say, i have never had to deal with an insurance claim and thanks to Bike Assist legal they made my it so much easier. Always updating me on the progress and different options i have along with advice in dealing with the problems.

I am very pleased with the result of my claim, every person I dealt with during the process was courteous helpful and friendly. Although it was a long process I was dealt with sympathetically and honestly.
I hope never to need their services again, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to use bike assist legal.
