2 years ago, I had accident and I was fighting for my injuries claim and there was 2 solicitors got changed and 3rd one which is KAROLINA MALLETT took my case 6 months ago and she handed it very well, I really appreciate her work on that case, I am glad I was with Bike Assist legal, Thank you.

Darren Wardil has been brilliant, he has kept me informed at all the steps of the claim, he has continuously pressurised the 3rd party, he is polite and a has great knowledge, Bike Assist has been great.

Supportive, great communication and friendly. The handler for my case, Vickie Francis, was professional and quick to respond to any queries. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

The whole process so far has been really slick. After my accident they organised a loan bike, thie pick up of my old bike. It was written off and I had the money in my bank in about a month and I had the loan vehicle the entire time. I am still waiting to hear back from Minster Law about the injury compensation, but it is expected that this side of the claim would take longer.
