I would like to thank Shabeena Fazal for her help with my accident claim. Although it was a long winded process of 2years 5months she kept me informed and updated during the whole process. The court verdict went my way and my claim has now been settled. So thank you for organising and checking all the paperwork that was required was correct and in order.

Awful firm.

Poor communication. Legal side equally pathetic. Each person I spoke to contradicted the previous one. Clueless and disorganised.

Dylan handled it all fantastically well. He kept in constant communication and explained what can be quite complicated legal stuff in a simple way. As well as a good settlement for the motorbike Dylan was also successful in claiming for my crash helmet which was damaged too. It is all to easy to forget your kit when claiming so that was an added bonus.

Vickie was diligent, had strong perseverance and supportive of me throughout the whole process. Great job, well done !

Going through the claim process has been awful with very little help or guidance from my insurance company. However Bike Assist Legal (Dylan), had my corner and worked hard to get a resolution to my claim to recover my damaged riding equipment and other uninsured losses. It has taken over a year but I am happy its now behind me.

Bike Assist was a great find online! They made the process easy, kept me updated, and got a great outcome. Highly recommended!
