Well they could see that I receive my order in a timely manner and if it's going to take a month approx, they should at very least notify the customer of the expected time of delay and an expected window of delivery.

Everything arrived. Took longer than the tracking advice indicated however.

Accidentally ordered a part I did not want. Returned to BikeBug no issues reimbursed promptly. Excellent service!

Bikebug has the best range of stock of any online bike store in Australia, which is important to me because I live in a place where there are not large bike shops with Campagnolo equipment readily available. I have shopped with them for decades and they are who I usually go to when ordering stuff for my cycling obsession.
However, in a recent large order for a new Campy groupset they did not appear to have the correct chain to go with the parts I was ordering and I ended up with the wrong one. When I spoke with a customer service rep she was very understanding and said she would a) speak with her manager and, b) send me an email confirming our conversation. The main thing I was after was an acknowledgement that:a) they could do better; b) and they should list that the gravel 13 speed groupset needs a solid pin chain; c) they will add that requirement to the description for the X series components. Eventually after another call the manager of customer service called me back and indicated that they did have the correct chain but the description and photos were of the wrong chain. An apology for the confusion was made, a credit added to my account and an undertaking to correct the problem. I was very pleased with the way the situation was handled in the end. Thank you Monica for your understanding and professionalism!

Bought a Zwift combo off you as per advertised. Nothing mentioned about changing the cassette off the Wahoo. Did considerable damage to my hand changing it and expense. Would of been nice if it came with proper tools to do that.
