Excellent experience so far with the quality of bikes and ease of set-up - the subscription model works well for me. However, we had a bit of a hiccup with the latest exchange and I found it difficult to get in touch with the courier. Bike Club were very responsive when I contacted them and the issue was resolved promptly and satisfactorily. My grandson is loving his new bike!

Sham from the customer service team was brilliant when there was a mix up on when the bike was to be delivered. She worked behind the scenes to have it delivered on the correct date with follow up contact to ensure everything was ok.
One thing I would suggest is having a phone number to contact when these urgent issues occur.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. My query was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness.

The team arranged a free exchange, kept me informed throughout the process, and even honoured the promotional discount despite the exchange, which I really appreciated.

Communication was clear and friendly, and every question I had was answered promptly. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the whole experience was completely stress-free.

Brilliant solution for the primary school years (and a bit after). The bikes a great quality, and the system for collection and delivery is smooth and painless.

Great customer service. It was just a shame that my grand daughter was just not ready for the two wheel bike we ordered. The transition from a bike with stabilisers was too much and despite our efforts she just didnt have the confidence. I wish her first bike had been a balance bike.

This is a superb idea and really well executed. My son grew out of one bike now, and it was pretty effortless to switch him up to next size. The bike we received was apparently a ‘revoke’ meaning someone else had previously used it but to me it looked brand new. Loving this service.

After a failed delivery attempt, Bike Club sent me an email to reassure me that they were investigating things from their side. New delivery organised and our brand new bike arrived promptly. My son was over the moon with his new bike. Fab company with amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Great concept, easy website to use - plenty of helpful information. Easy to set up delivery and exchange of bikes, delivery company gave two hour time slot and stuck to it. Great customer service. I would highly recommend to others.

We had an issue where a smll issue where part of the brake cable had broken. We sent an email to the customer service explaining the situation and got a quick responses requesting further information.
After sending additional videos and images, the team came up with a solution which resolved the problem.

Sham was very helpful, answered questions quickly and with great detail. Sham had the capacity to use initiative, and make decisions without having to escalate. Giving staff the freedom to do this enables issues to be resolved promptly and effectively. Thank you!

This is a good option if you need a balance bike for your toddler - good quality bikes at affordable hire rates with no minimum hire period.

I made a mistake and accidentally cancelled the bike hire we had for my son. Pick up was organised, I was charged for cancellation and collection but when I sent an email to ask if it could be undone and back to what we had, they sorted it all within 24 hours. Refunded for the cancellation, pick up cancelled and re-establishment of the original bike hire. Very impressed. Thank you
