I made a mistake and accidentally cancelled the bike hire we had for my son. Pick up was organised, I was charged for cancellation and collection but when I sent an email to ask if it could be undone and back to what we had, they sorted it all within 24 hours. Refunded for the cancellation, pick up cancelled and re-establishment of the original bike hire. Very impressed. Thank you

We now have three bikes through bike club, including one upgrade, and have had nothing but exceptional service. Any queries have been answered quickly, and most importantly our kids love their bikes!

Wanted to join but no bikes avaliable at all for all 3 of my children in different age groups I was expecting better choices and more to pick from or at least to be able to get 1 bike of them but nothing great idea if it worked

Service has been exceptional. The bike was used (we were expecting this) but in perfect working order. We had a small issue with the bell as it didn’t work, but a replacement issued straight away.
So far, 5 star.

Brilliant. Website is user friendly and bikes are of a high standard. Would highly recommend. Delivery did say it would be delayed a day but then ended up turning up on due date and earlier than allocated delivery time. Very happy customer

Wonderful and personal service from the beginning. They truly care about their customers and went above and beyond to get a bike to me for my daughter’s birthday. A family member recommended BikClub to me.
When we ordered, my daughter changed her mind very quickly, and then I emailed the support team, and they clearly understood my issue and solved it immediately, and when I reached out once again to be sure about not being double charged, they assured me that I wouldn't be.
The bike arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was already assembled and just needed the pedals to be attached and some small adjusting.

Very helpful customer services, they seem to really care about the customer and go to any lengths to try and help. Great bike too! Overall very impressed.

I havent received my bike yet but I wanted to write a review on the great customer service I have encountered. Sham has been especially helpful with all the many questions I have had and has responded quickly to my emails. Great service so far and Im sure I will have one happy girl on her birthday when she gets the bike!
