I ordered the Silca super secret wax…
I ordered the Silca super secret wax bottle and when it arrived, the nozzle on the bottle had snapped off, making it virtually impossible to apply to the chain. Luckily I had the empty old bottle to re-use. Bike components could have wrapped the bottle in bubble wrap to prevent this.

Good prices and selection Best customer service I’ve had in a long time they were quick and responsive and really went above and beyond to help me out however I would avoid purolator express shipping but that in no way the fault of bikecomponents.ca they brought the package to the depot in a timely manner

My bike is now complete
Ordering online from a company that puts a large emphasis on customer service is an easy decision. Not only does bike components have a large variety of products they carry products others seem to be out of stock on. Quick responses to question, clearly professionally ran with employees who share the love of mountain biking. I will continue to do business with them first as well as recommend others to them.
