I just received my Kuma M1 from Ireland within two weeks. Very good online support and prompt delivery even with the Brexit chaos.

Quick and easy transaction super price for the bike .

My bike was to come from Dublin. I expected several weeks delay, endless emails, paperwork that I wouldn't understand properly, hidden charges for customs clearance and the like: I was not looking forward to it. The bike was delivered yesterday. Doubtless much organisation was needed, none was visible to me.Terrific.

I have purchased this bike from bike in style, but the battery doesn't last for over an hour.

I was in need of some good advice and some reassurance about the ADO fat tyre fold up. Daniel was super helpful on phone and email. The bike came promptly was pretty much fully built and up and running 20 minutes later.
The quality of the frame and wheels is far better than the price, as is the design. Love the way the battery is hidden in the cross bar and how easy it is to lock and remove. Really impressive.
Although both the mechanical disc brakes and the shimano gears are adequate I'd have happily paid a couple of hundred quid more for hydraulic brakes and a better rear sprocket (this bike is fast so you find yourself pedalling at silly speed to keep up, but actually you can just stop pedalling!)
Another great thing is the computer controller is really easy to 'tweak' to your personal set up preferences.
So great service and one heck of a good bike for under a £1000.
