Great service, they picked the bike up and dropped it off at days convenient to me. They notify you of any works/new parts required or recommended and share an invoice allowing you to accept or decline any of these. Overall a brilliant and quick service would highly recommend!

Fantastic place.
Fixed my bike again great job. I had my bike repaired 3 weeks again in the isle of wight. It was never the same. The chain & rear cassette broke.. They repaired it.. Then the chain & rear derailleur broke when i got home. Bike hero picked up the bike its now running as it should. Changing gear properly. And it was cheaper than the shop in the isle of wight thank you guys for the great job

I was pleased with the work done. It’s a nice touch getting the bikes back with tyres pumped up properly.

Unbelievably fantastic service from Bike Hero today! The team were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and thorough, taking the time to make sure my daughter’s bike was perfectly prepared for her upcoming National Triathlon.

Needed a wheel truing. All done very quickly and very inexpensive as well. Was recommended Bike Hero and I would most definitely recommend them as well. Friendly and welcoming service.

Not always a quick and convenient service promoted. They have no parts and turnaround is not 48hrs - more like a week+ from booking.

Following response it seems I needed some parts that are less typical.

Super convenient having two bikes collected and a call back same day about repairs. Appreciated the honesty about the challenges and cost of repairing one of them and that I wasn’t charged anything for that one when I decided not to go ahead. The other one was in need of TLC and was returned promptly and fit to hit the road again.
