I've ordered a couple of batteries from them. Both palleted to me very quickly undamaged etc. so I can't fault the company at all.

They accurately delivered my order when I expected it, and everything worked and was in good condition.

excellent customer sevice ...delivery..everything

Starting on 15/08, I received the wrong 2× solar panels. Mistakes happen, and to their credit Bimble arranged a replacement fairly quickly, with the correct panels delivered on 19/08. Unfortunately, these replacements were clearly used and faulty — scratches across the surface, visible wear, and even bird droppings. At the same time, the courier failed to collect the incorrect panels, leaving me with 4 panels in total.

What followed was a long, drawn‑out attempt to organise delivery of 2 new panels and collection of the 4 now sitting in my garage. After repeated chasing and no meaningful progress, I requested a refund on 30/08 because I needed to complete my build without further delays.

I’ve given 2 stars rather than 1 because the refund itself was processed promptly. However, the courier then failed to collect the panels twice. By 14/09 — two weeks after my refund request, I cited Torts (Interference with Goods Act) to get the panels removed, as they had been sitting in my garage now for a month. I set a deadline of 22/09 at 5pm for collection before storage and disposal charges would begin. They were finally collected today at 3pm (22/09,) after yet another failed attempt caused by a “system glitch” creating duplicate collection dates.

Furdero, the courier, were consistently poor and likely responsible for several failures. However, Bimble did not manage the situation effectively. I have serious concerns about both their stock quality and their order accuracy, given that I received incorrect panels followed by used/faulty replacements. For what it’s worth, I believe Bimble could have avoided weeks of delay simply by refunding on failure, and issuing a fresh order for the correct panels instead of “chasing in the background.” This is Bimble’s chosen courier, and they are accountable for the courier’s failures. I understand retailers have limited control over courier operations, but it should not have taken five weeks from the first incorrect delivery to finally close this issue.

During this process, I ordered 2× panels from City Plumbing, free delivery, managed directly by them, and had no issues whatsoever.

I will be leaving similar feedback regarding Furdero.

Good communication and items ready for collection when I called round

Good range of products although couldn't see Y cables/combinator cables on website so ordered elsewhere. I went to pick up panels but wrong ones were loaded onto van (not sure how as big size difference) so had to make return trip of 1 hour to remedy. All sorted on phone though and pleased with panels and fitting kit.

Fast efficient, good stock and tech support if you need it.
