I played a couple of rounds without agreeing to and charges to my credit card. Once I put in my cc info to get the supposed cash I won out, the actually charged my card 15$! Zero help on their chat and no way to actually get ahold of anyone to dispute this charge

Well I joined bingostars a few days ago and I requested £15 to be sent back on my card I'm still waiting one advisor said it's being processed and should be with you soon I'm still waiting I've even took it screenshot just so I can follow up this company needs to honour it's agreement

Haven’t been able to open app for more than a couple seconds. This started Friday (11-15-24) and is not fixed yet. Lots of trouble with this app but the games were enjoyable.

I played the game and they have refused since September 21 to pay me for the money that I have won on their game. They owe me $31 today. I have written request to them more than five times requesting them to pay me. My bank statements reflect nothing from them. If they can prove that they have paid me then I will write a different review, but I do not have it in my checking account where it’s supposed to be returned to from the money where I deposit into their game, they’re supposed to pay me back in that same source of payment and they have not done As of today. I would appreciate this review getting into the right people and it be checked out and properly paid out. Thank you.

Enjoy site, promos terrible, did 100% deposit match, deposited 25 but have to wager 40x before can withdraw so £1000 wager. I managed that got up to £780 thinking great ill bank that but no has soon as turns back to cash they drop me to £250 so they took away £530. my elderley mother joined this site on saturday, she made her first deposit of £100, she won, so she requested a withdrawl and then they locked her account, she sent her ID, utility bill, card details, and so did everything they asked, and today, they closed her account due to responsible gambling??? so will she get her withdrawl that is the question? if she does not, i will take this further, as this is theft.

Horrible site. They try to suck you in and then take your money. There is no consistency on their strategy of each game. It's different every time. The best was when I would daub a number and a message came up 4 times asking if I want to resume the game. Do NOT play this game. They should be pursued for unfairness.
