Hi started to play on this site few weeks ago had a few wins people lovey very friendly

I like the site was a bit watery at first with withdrawing my winnings but I got it no double I won 795 on my first ever 10 top up xx

withdrawal process is too long..takes for ever for it to be credited in my account! please quicken it or else I am leaving this site

Free £10 no deposit welcome bonus did not credit. Live chat told me nothing they could do as I had declined the free bonus, even though it was still showing on the my promotions page. I'm pretty sure all new customers that have this error are probably advised in the same way, and think the marketing team need to look deeply into how many customers they have lost at the first hurdle. I am afraid that from a business perspective I am bewildered that any company wants to shun a NEW customer before they have even had any deposit from a bank account.... Why???? I can understand referring to small print and being awkward once you have customers money. I may not agree with it but at least the company has gained some cash! All that has been gained from me is a bad review as I didn't get to even the first deposit bonus....

I have been playing this Bingo game for +/- 4 months but suddendly it froze when I reached almost 52 000 tickets!! It could reconnect to the server!!
I then uninstalled it and re installed it again, but but with the same result- cannot reconnect to the server
What do I do now????

Do not sign in and do not play! It's fixed! Same people winning every time! I was playing few days ago and now I can't even log in ... I still have my money there 😓

don't bother with this site because the only people that are going to win mainly are greg31 and quacker you are sure to loose your money to these two people so if you don't want robbing of your hard earned cash then stay away from this site not to mention your real money goes into the bonus box so it is not real cash.

I was brand new to bingo, saw an offer for a no deposit bonus and thought I'd have a go. Very easy to use site and after having a lot of fun playing I managed to wager enough to withdraw £75. Great site!!!

Would not recommend in the slightest. The welcome bonus is terrible, and in the very very small fine print it is also capped so it makes you think you're winning a lot then you get an email saying your "funds have been drained" because of the terms and conditions. Banned from the live chat for no reason. This website is an absolute sham and the same people win all the time. "Lorrainexxx" wins every SINGLE game there is. It's a fix! STAY WELL AWAY

Bingo Stars is bad. They messed up my welcome bonus, and I was banned from chat just for mentioning a promotion. Live chat cannot do anything about it.

every day is the same on this game, same people winning, different day. one person wins all your money(anitro) you get really sick of seeing that same name over and over again. they really do need to change the record

Having played on this site tonight I would strongly advise people to STAY WELL AWAY. My general impression was a poorly run, incompetent, untrustworthy site that robs people. The promotions are misleading, the chat host Asha was so rude I was genuinely shocked having NEVER experienced such appalling behaviour on any site on the internet. She bullied me deliberately encouraging 2 players to join in her rant. I work for human rights. . I am writing to the gambling commission such are my concerns.

I just requested a withdrawal for the first time on this site, I passed all verification and was told the money would be sent. I receive an email today saying no winnings will be paid as I self excluded on their sister sites therefore I cannot have winnings from this site as apparently this one should have been closed aswell according to them. They have allowed me to deposit many times and play for months with no issue until I want some money back.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVING PEOPLE!
