Been a member since site first opened and have seen it grown and improve, it has recently undergone new cganges which i love apart from the spinning ball they hurt my eyes. This site is really good.

i have been playing on bingo stars for a while now. withdrew once with no problem. and enjoyed playing the slots.
got a promotional email saying what i deposit between fri and sun i would get a 50% refund on my losses. lost £65 come monday NOTHING! contacted support by phone several times and they assured me i would recieve an email about this. no email. really disapointed with them. not good customer service

Avoid as much as you can they ask too many id fir verification and it takes over 3 weeks to get any winnings . They don't reply to emails crap site most games don't work .

Great site, Help are quick and very good unlike alot of other sites now days, Bonus always available, Just look under my promos, I deposit there on a reg bassis, Not to play bingo so to speak but fruit machimes

my review is very much like olivias,i signed up and got the free £10 play and after a few hours off going through the wager requirements i managed to get it upto £60 and then done a deposit off £10 to be able to withdraw the money.After a few days i went onto live chat to see how it was going on and was told it would be between 5-7 working days for me to get it,so after 6 days i went back onto live chat to see how it was going and was then told that it had only just been reviewed and that i was only getting £20 from the bonus that i had worked through,i asked them why wasnt i emailed about this or atleast told about about this the last time i was on live chat and they just ignored it and told me that they would put the £20 and my deposit money back into my account for me to withdraw.

good points off the site is that it is fun to play there as you meet a good few funny people.

bad points is that there is no communication with you about problems and they dont seem too keep records off previous chat which seems strange as most companies do and 5-7 working days for a withdrawal is shocking (if your lucky) as all other sites i use take upto 3 days max.I would advise people too stay away as there are too many problems with this company.

I would give no stars if I could. I signed up for the £10 free deposit. Thought I would see how it is before depositing any money. All seemed good until I won £40. Stupid wagers and then being told I cannot have the full £40 as I have not deposited any money. This was after a month of them reversing my withdrawal. I had to communicate with them as I did not know what was going on. They didn't even tell me why this was happening!! It was me that had to enquire!! They then had the cheek to take £20 off me, which has just disappeared and told me that I was only allowed the other £20!! When I enquired where half my winnings had gone, the question was ignored and I was just told that the a £20 withdrawal has been submitted and will be processed shortly. I was extremely frustrated but thought, well I'm gaining £20 so I'll let it go and just never use this site again. Nearly three weeks later I am STILL waiting for my £20, I had to enquire AGAIN. I was told we need some form of ID, and they had emailed me previously. This was untrue as I had received NO emails, trust me I was looking out for them! So after sending proof of ID, I haven't received any confirmation that the ID has been accepted. So yet again, I'm going to have to get on their backs again!! Absolutely awful customer service as they do not care about what you have to say, and ignore anything they do not like. I will be making an official complaint and will definitely not be depositing any money to this poorly run site. Stay well clear, absolute joke. They will try anything for you to give up and not bother collecting your winning.

As a guy, when I first loaded the site and saw a dancing woman in the logo I thought oh no! But after filling in the forms and opening a room I was greeted by some very friendly CM's, I think it was CM Alisa. She told me all about the current promos and the big games that night and we had a good laugh.

I've been at Bingostars now for a few months and it's a site I always return to for good chat and some big prize pots.

There is a fair chance of winning too as its not as crowded as some sites I have come across. The promotions this site offers are second to none and the wide variety of fun slots keep me coming back time and again... Since discovering bingostars.com I have given up playing anywhere else. 5 Stars is not enough of a recommendation!
