All payments were successfully processed from my side, yet the funds have either not been credited or there has been no proper resolution provided by support.

This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. When real money is involved, delays, lack of transparency, and automated or no responses from support raise serious trust issues. Users expect timely processing and accountability, not silence.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, it clearly reflects poorly on the platform’s reliability and credibility. I strongly urge the team to investigate these transactions and provide a prompt resolution.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
And no-one from your support team is helping me out I've mailed at binomo@support for 4 times but still I didn't got a single reply from them and support agent says that he sent this information to financial department, but please binomo resolve my issue I beg you 🙏, that was the last amount I had , I can't explain please help me out this time I'm begging you binomo please, i trusted you and this is all I got , pls help me out anyhow 🙏

I requested a withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal, the amount was deducted from my account, and shortly afterwards I activated a $10 no-deposit bonus with 350 Binocoins; this appeared in my account about a minute later. My withdrawal then failed, so I created a new withdrawal request, and the no-deposit bonus was immediately cancelled without me having used it at all. When I reported this to the company, they told me to wait for the withdrawal process to be completed. This company’s problem is none of my concern; it’s my They have not credited the bonus I earned through my own efforts to my account in any way; here they are claiming the user is at fault – this is outright fraud.

Total Fraud! Asking for impossible details even after payment proof.

​I am writing this to warn everyone about this scam. I have already provided my official bank statement and payment proof, which clearly shows the Transactionid, exact time, and date of the payment.
​Despite providing all the legal proofs they are now harassing me to provide the receiver's full UPI ID. I have already consulted with my bank and PhonePe support, and they have strictly denied giving out such private information due to security reasons.
​It is clear that they are using this as a fake excuse to hold my money and not process my work. This is a classic scam tactic where they keep asking for details that a common user cannot provide.
​DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are fraudsters who will take your money and then make excuses. I am reporting this to the Cyber Crime Department and sharing this experience everywhere to save others from losing their hard-earned money.

🚨I am writing this to The Biggest Fraud Ongoing in India – My Experience with Binomo 🚨

Binomo Tradin ID: 161624857 // LOL VIP CUSTOMER

I am writing this to warn others before they lose their hard-earned money like I did.

Within just one month, two of my transactions worth nearly ₹1,00,000 got stuck on Binomo. This is not the first time — earlier I lost smaller amounts (₹8,000–₹10,000), and after struggling for 1–2 months with their ridiculous requirements, I gave up.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting them again.
Now when I checked Trustpilot and spoke to multiple people, I realized this is a widespread issue. Many users have reported that their payments have been stuck for over a month with no refund at all.

Here’s the biggest red flag: When you make UPI payments, the money is NOT sent to any official company account, but to random individual accounts.
I have personally collected nearly 100 different UPI IDs used in such transactions. No legitimate company operates like this — this strongly indicates a fraud network.

Their process is designed to trap you in an endless loop:
First, they ask you to wait 2 hours
Then they ask for payment confirmation
Then promise refund in 3 days (never happens)
Then ask for bank statements
Then demand an official bank letter
Then ask for screen recordings of your banking history
Then video proof from your UPI app

Even after providing everything, they restart the same cycle again.

There is no proper customer support — no calls, no physical presence — only email and chat, where they keep delaying endlessly.

We all know how UPI works in India — once you enter your PIN and confirm, the money is gone and cannot be reversed. Yet they keep denying receipt and refuse to show proof from their side, claiming “policy restrictions.”

I am currently in contact with multiple victims, and we have already shared evidence with major Indian media houses like Republic TV, Aaj Tak, and Zee News. We are gathering more proof and planning to expose this on national television so that people become aware.

At this point, I know I may never get my money back — but if this review can stop even a few people from depositing money into this platform, it’s worth it.

Final Warning:
Do NOT trust Binomo with your money. This appears to be a large-scale scam targeting Indian users daily.
