Don't recommend
Delivery and packaging were acceptable, but I was disappointed with the product I received. Based on my previous experience purchasing similar products from other suppliers, I felt this product did not provide the level of quality or confidence I expected.
I understand the company states that its products are sold for research purposes only, and this review is not intended to comment on physiological effects or medical use. It is simply a reflection of my customer experience and overall satisfaction with the purchase.
When compared with similar products I have purchased elsewhere, this product did not meet my expectations. For that reason, I would not personally order from this supplier again.

I’ve used a few different suppliers and Bio Hack London are the best I’ve used. Very prompt delivery with good communication. The payment system was different to anything I’ve used before but after doing a bit of research it’s all above board. Top class company.

Dreadful service,it took 2 weeks for DHL to deliver, when someone from biohack finally replied they really didn't seem to understand how the peptide will degenerate if not kept at the correct temperature, I asked for a refund or replacement, I received no reply, I spent £160 on a peptide that might not work! I would never use this company again

Hi Warren,
We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration, especially given the investment you made and your concerns regarding peptide stability during transit.
At BioHack London, we take product integrity, shipping standards, and customer support very seriously. That said, we fully understand your concerns regarding the extended delivery time with DHL and the communication experience you had with our support team, which clearly did not meet the standard we aim to provide.
This is not the experience we want for any customer.
We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please contact us directly at our support team with your order number, and we will personally review your case for an appropriate resolution, whether that involves product assessment, replacement consideration, or another suitable outcome.
Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve both our communication and customer experience.

I’ve had an excellent experience with…
I’ve had an excellent experience with this peptide website and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and professional supplier. The website is well-designed, intuitive, and makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for without confusion.
What really stands out is the level of transparency and quality assurance. Each product includes detailed information, and the availability of third-party testing (COAs) adds a strong layer of confidence. It’s clear the company takes quality control seriously, which is essential in this space.
Ordering was smooth from start to finish, and shipping was impressively fast. Everything arrived well-packaged and handled with care, showing attention to detail and professionalism. It’s reassuring to see that they prioritize proper storage and delivery conditions.
Customer service was another highlight. Responses were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the whole experience feel trustworthy and customer-focused.
While prices are slightly higher than some alternatives, the consistency, reliability, and overall experience make it well worth it.
