Excellent company with great customer service, very helpful and efficient and great service from ally with a genuine caring side to go with it. I used the CBD balm, on some grazes after my son fell off his scooter and it cleared them up amazingly and the pain eased within a day or 2. Couldn't recommend this company enough and the customer service is amazing.

I’ve only been taking CBD oil for 3 weeks and the improvement in my pain is incredible. The service from Bio Med has been brilliant, guiding me what I needed and dosage as well as advice on drinking lots of water. 5 stars from me.

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Cannot rate them highly enough. I forgot to add something to my order and I received a response promptly on WhatsApp and nothing was too much trouble at all. I have been using this company a few yrs now and they are brilliant I asked em before Christmas about other expensive product they have and if it would be ok for me they said stay to what I'm on thats how honest they are they could of said yes get that and it will be good for you but no they didn't thats why I like to stay with these because they are very helpful and 100% honest so I'd recommend this company 100% to anybody

Deliver very quickly as long as Royal Mail fulfill their side of the bargain
Started CBD oil for my 9year old German Shepherd. He can't tolerate pain meds & he definitely needed something as I could see he was uncomfortable.
It took a long time to work for him, eventually after speaking to Ally a few times his dosage was put up to 6 drops 3 times a day. He weighs around 42kg so I guess he is small adult size. They're all different but for him the 6 drops work. He is trotting on a walk more & has become cheeky, which he has never been in his life.
It hasn't improved how he moves, but I wasn't expecting miracles. If I can make his final time here less painful then I'll do it.
I just wish it was available on the NHS because I'm sure I'd benefit greatly from it myself & maybe get off Morphine.

I have never experienced a company as truly dedicated to customer service as this one. They are truly outstanding!! They ship immediately. If you have a question, they will respond. If your product does not arrive due to Royal Mail’s incompetence, they will replace it, IMMEDIATELY, at very short notice despite the time of year!! Their knowledge of their products and how to use them is exceptional!! Their products are EXCELLENT!! Amazing service providing excellent advice, quality products and speedy delivery

It was a very pleasant experience purchasing my oil from Bio med cbd.
Ally was very quick to respond to all my questions and was very helpful regarding dosage, when and how to take with medication etc.
Only been using for just over a week on my dog and he is definitely more lively. So much so that my husband decided to try some for himself.
