Quick delivery, quick comms and good trust.

I was doing fine but after being promised that supply issues had been sorted, I've come to the conclusion that it wasn't true. They withhold all stock available from you, Cheaper strains aren't there any more neither. I was asked to email a complaint to medicann by medicann about the supply issues but then was treated like an idiot and received snarky emails about first come first served etc etc. haven't been able to order last week and this week looking the same. Was a godsend at first but now the forced red tape is grinding me down.

This company has helped me so much suffered a major leg injury from a motorbike accident and have a metal rod if my leg has never been the same for 4 years always walking with a limp tried pre gablin helped a little but since getting prescribed medical cannabis I can walk without a limp and the pain is almost none existant, can’t thank this company enough changed my life!!

If you like using oil for your treatment then perhaps avoid medicann as they rarely have any in stock. When they do stock oil they have so little it's gone in a few hours. Avoid all oil users

Turned down for treatment with absolutely no explanation. Tried with another clinic and was treated like a human and accepted immediately. Also have since found out my new clinic has a far superior formulary anyway through talking with other patients.

Excellent service from start to finish. Went with medicann due to not wanting to waste money getting caught up in yearly/ monthly charges. To see how I got on. I'm not good on phone , speaking personally with new people is a trigger for one of my many conditions. Was comfortable with initial call and gp call within few days of each other . Ordered and meds arrived. Whole process was around 1 week.

Product selection used to be very good, however the teams restocking process appears to be shambolic. With multiple product lines being completely out of stock, including all oil for a period.

System well designed and very efficient, unfortunately let down by the awful customer service. 0 star customer service, 5 star system, 2 star stock management!

Was good in the beginning - when the doctor done your script. A year in the app don't work I spend 6 days a week trapped inside my home - items getting marked out for delivery and arriving 3 days late. Medicann didn't care and threatened me to write a letter to royal mail lol. As long as they get your money they truly couldn't care less about you as a patient. I wanted this to work so bad. I can't even use the app to put my script in nothing works I have to write a complaint for my monthly script I'm so disheartened with this company they are in charge of my health it's scary

I changed to this clinic after being at MaMedica for one month and the changeover process was extremely smooth and straightforward. I couldn’t afford all of the consultation fees with my previous clinic on top of my prescription and they weren’t willing to help me in any way regarding this and as a result I went a full month without my medication.

I’m glad I changed to here because there’s no fees constantly… and the delivery is also cheaper too so it’s a massive win win for me. There is zero downside compared to where I was before as they have a vast array of options available for treatment (a LOT of different strains for flower/herb)

Amazing service they literally reply to my emails within 5 minutes every time which is very appreciated as it was a really urgent time dependent query that I had and they replied right away to me. Highly recommend.

What an awful experience this was for me, I’m a vulnerable adult and I tried to explain this to them went threw hell getting all my records and past medical history take quite a while to respond to emails the response is usually just not understandable and just on repeat 🔁 I’d highly reccomend looking into other company’s there is a lot better out there at better prices too these slam there prices up and say you pay for what you buy but in reality if you have a condition of some sort or any problems medically diagnosed go elsewhere and you will get it on prescription for free, I tried these to get past all that and just buy as I go but horrible communication and no adjustment for any person whatsoever, if they want to video call you, you best be there to take it. No thanks

Been a medical patient for over 6 years at this point. I was looking to switch clinics, the way the assess "risk" seems very discriminatory. My thoughts towards this company is they operate more like a private club than a medical clinic as they do not accept "complex health conditions". One of the main reasons the law was changed in 2018

Absolutely amazing experience from doing the online check to recieving my first prescription 2 weeks later!
Quick easy online form, if your in the UK you can give access to your NHS app so no need to download loads of documents.
Then had a phone call with someone who went through a check list. 3 days later I had a specialist video appointment. My meds was delivered by royal mail 2 days later.
And the best part is all I've had to pay for is the actual medication and delivery.
Wouldn't recommend anywhere other than medicann!

Also my first prescription 10g of LCG absolutely brilliant!!

Apart from next day delivery which is amazing i only joined Medicann a few months ago now I wish I joined a few years ago best thing I’ve ever done

Absolutely frustrated by medicann had a appointments submitted all my documents. They said they will review but theres no response whatsoever complete ignore i do not understand why give this fake promises that will review next 2 days someone will call you etc????? What is this????

Absolutely cannot fault Medicann in any way shape or form. Since being a patient with them, 10/10 service and support if needed. I didn't even think twice about signing up to anywhere else because of the information I read before.

I ordered and paid for my prescription it was sent out the next day as normal but did not receive it due to issue with label .. it’s now been 3 days since I ordered and I’ve had no prescription, no refund and I’ve been ignored .. not impressed and still waiting ?

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Medicann. My initial assessment lasted a mere 5 minutes and was conducted by a non-medically trained member of staff who simply went through a generic, box-checking exercise. My file was then passed to their medical team, and I was issued a swift rejection based entirely on past keywords in my medical record. What this clinic completely failed to take into account is the human context of my file. I am a long-term cannabis user of over 20 years with absolutely zero history of psychosis, and I suffer from severe CPTSD following a profound personal tragedy. I am certain that cannabis has played a huge part in keeping me alive when I have been in my most extreme low states. It is the only medicine that truly balances me, reduces my stress, and calms my anxiety without the horrible side effects that pharmaceutical medicines have on me. Instead of allowing me the opportunity to speak directly with a Consultant Psychiatrist who understands complex trauma and risk, Medicann rely on a rigid, automated screening process that lacks any real clinical depth or basic human empathy. If you have a complex history or a trauma-related condition, avoid this clinic. They prefer easy, straightforward cases and will reject you on paper without ever letting you speak to the actual decision-maker.

After initial eligibility checks I’m speaking to the doctor I qualified the process was quick and easy after the consult with the doctor and then opened up into being able to request multiple products from flower to oils to pastels, et cetera and the amount of product they have is really good and I decided to go for mango cheese CBD and after using it for nearly 3 weeks I can say I have seen drama change in being able to move around and do more things. This reduced my pain dramatically and I would recommend all those that suffer with chronic pain fibromyalgia et cetera don’t knock it before you try it as a three week vapo enabled me to do more things which is 100% bonus thanks to Medicann the product is a reasonable price compared to relief who kept the delay in my appointments to the Doctors so 10 stars for Medican thank you

Rot in the buds. Seed in the buds. Refusals to inspect or provide a return process for quality. Is stealing money for what should not be supplied to humans. Disgraceful long grass support that actions nothing. Leaves people with a condition and no medicines after paying. They owe me for 4 quality incidents so far and refuse to deal with anything, and refuse your evidence photos. Disghonest, not thinking about the loss of trust and the effect that has on people. AVOID!
