Biossance products are incredible
Biossance products are incredible. The Omega Repair cream is the only cream that truly makes my skin feel hydrated. ( For reference I am 60, menopausal, and have rosacea). I wish I would've found your products years ago.

Great product, but disappointed
I love the products I have used, but was disappointed thatfor this order of several items I did not receive any free samples as I have in the past. Biossance products are very expensive, and I enjoy the samples to try different items that I have not used yet.

Marine Algae eye cream
Marine Algae eye cream is very effective for hydrating and keeping undereyes moisturized. It goes well with The Inkey eye cream in keeping undereye circles away, making fine lines disappear, and those crows feet at bay. I look awake daily thanks to these amazing products! THANK YOU BIOSSANCE!

No promo code. Bad virtual assistant. Bad website.
Promo code never came.
Spoke with customer service, they provided me with an inactive promo code replacement. I placed my order with no discount because I had to but I will likely not reorder.
The website doesn’t load well. The virtual assistant window broke and closed so I couldn’t even tell them the code was inactive.
I’m guessing biossance is just collecting my email and phone number to sell it to data brokers as they did not do what they said with the information I provided - which is send a promo code.

It was easy to find the products that I was looking for. My first time ordering and trying these products. I wish you had smaller trial sizes and offered little trial packets. I also think it would be helpful to see how your products work on South Asian ( Indian) skin tones. I am excited to try these products.
