The product is great
The product is great, the check out system is not.
While completing my payment, I was asked several times to try all these offers from different shops. This turns me off, I really don't want to have ads in the form of "offers" from a brand that I trust. It just feels wrong and capitalistic. Not classy.

I like Biossance, their website is a bit frustrating because I can’t tell what products are full-size and which ones are travel, but aside from the shock in size, the products work well and smell good.

Absolutely Over the Moon With This Company!
I honestly couldn’t be happier with this company! Their customer support team went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a lost package, and throughout the entire process, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, courteous, and professional.
And the products themselves are absolutely amazing! My skin has never looked or felt better, and the quality of their products is truly unmatched. Lousy customer service, too much junk navigating website
I tried to order a product I have used for years a few days ago and when I checked out all these pop ups came up for donating to charities and other things when I was trying to check out. One was a charity I currently donate to so it is not the idea of charity I object to at all. I am tired of being harassed by merchants of any kind into donating money that they then use to make themselves look good. I donate personally to what I deem a worthy cause.
I also don't like the fact that when I checked out and checked my credit card activity that I saw two separate pending charges at 0.00. My bank even labeled one of them suspicious. When I tried to contact the company there was nobody to talk to in person. Just one of those live chats where they even furnish you with an answer and keep asking you questions when you already furnished the answers. Obviously not a real person-some kind of AI bot. Hopefully I can find a brick and mortar or better place to buy the product because their once great website experience is more than I want to fool with.

Easy breezy
Easy breezy. I love that when I click an email link, I’m already logged in on the website. All the deals were in one spot, too, and all the products were bundled in a thoughtful way where I didn’t need to get multiples of things I didn’t want just to get the sale price.
