It was fairly easy to place my order…
It was fairly easy to place my order and enter the discount code. The only slate hitch was I was going to pay using PayPal so I checked that button but then it just said pay now or submit at the bottom. That made it sound like you weren’t going to redirect me to PayPal. Made me a little nervous, but I clicked it anyway and it did redirect me to PayPal. You maybe should just let people know that that’s what’s going to happen.

Well this was my first order I put in my email address to get a $20 discount did not receive a code said I was already signed up well of course I just signed up.

Make rewards easier to redeem
Generally speaking, your website is great and easy to navigate. However, I had to look up how to redeem my rewards on two different Reddits to figure out how to do it correctly. Telling me I have a good amount of credit to spend and then making it almost hidden to be able to spend it is shady and not at all what I expect from your company, which I generally have really positive feelings about.

I placed my order based on a promo…
I placed my order based on a promo code. I added my items to the cart. I included the promo code. I completed my transaction. One product was moved from regular size to jumbo and I didn’t get my 25% discount. The total was not show. Prior to checkout otherwise I would have tried to fix both issues. I feel it was dishonest. I am a loyal customer. Very disappointed.
