Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I paid £75 for 2 phantasmal flames pokemon elite trainer boxes and recieved a very small bottle of scented oils. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Have reported to trading standards and police.

Cancelled my order today expecting a refund from reading some reviews they dont like giving money back but I just like to let them know if they read the reviews ive got an interesting job that deals with cyber fraud so I'll be looking into the company

Complete scam. Wish I had read other reviews before buying though fortunately I didn’t spend a lot. Didn’t realise something was wrong until the order was late and I clicked on the tracking info in an email - which the brought up a warning message about the webpage it was trying to direct me to. I hope this will be shut down soon.

Ordered but no item, no refund

Ordered mower but nothing no contact no anything had to get bank to repay me

I wouldn’t even give it a star given the choice, I’ve lost nearly £300 no tracking and no communication, I bought through Klarna thinking my money would be safe but they can’t or won’t help get my money back, the registered company has been dissolved along with many others companies so this person is a prolific scammer under Joseph quirk.

Absolutely terrible company. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering anything. Thankfully my Item was only £60 and I paid with my Credit Card so they are now refunding me.
I have not had one Email back despite chasing it from the start. Could not get on the website to chase either.
I ordered my Item on the 4th of December for a Christmas present. Luckily my Daughter is 34 so understands why it has not arrived. I feel sorry for anyone who has young children and having to see their disappointed faces.

Do not buy from Etsy or their website. It is fraudulent!

Ordered a dough mixer and paid £139.50 on the 7th of December 2025 ( order No 5689 ).
On the 9th of December email stated that my order was on its way.
Have not heard back from them since and the mixer must be walking from Mars.
At this stage I believe that I have been scammed scammed.
These people Do not deserve one star .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Never received my order. No reply to my email. So lost my money. Would give ZERO stars but Trust pilot does not allow. Would never have used this website, if I had seen the previous reviews. Avoid at all cost.

Never had the intention of delivering goods, just take the money.
No response from emails or calls.
Chargeback from the bank and money back to me. Just hassle. How are they still operating!!!

Item never turned up, no communications after the initial one saying it would be delivered in the 12th, every email after that was totally ignored, STEER CLEAR at all costs

No products received. No reply to email.

The website is down and instagram is deleted. The same owner in company filings has done this to multiple different companies and just changes his company name. Please avoid

Ordered some Lego for Christmas for my husband from my son. Was told via email by Joe that it would arrive by the 13th December. Nothing arrived. Emailed back no response. Website now down. Reported to Barclays. Barclays refunded thankfully but when I reported it, it came back as a recurring payment! Crazy stuff. Scammers for sure. Wish I had read the reviews first.

This is a scam company don't ever buy from here

Scam website. Ordered item a few weeks ago and never received. Website no longer works, tracking link in email is fake. Doesn’t respond to emails for the obvious reason it’s a scam

Absolute fraudsters paid them over 320 pounds for a gaming console for my sons Xmas. Ni tracking and no updates so contacted their sales email through the shop app no response! I am glad I paid with credit card but still have to wait 30 days and paid 500 pounds for the console from a reputable company. I wish I looked at the reviews before I paid but I just didn't think people could get away with blatant theft. I hope they get caught and sentenced to a long haul in his majesty's worst scrubs.

Ordered item on the 29th November never ever received and their customer service is diabolical. No tracking available etc and not interested in helping.
Now raised an issue to Klarna thanking myself for having used that payment method for protection.
Should have listened to all the other reviews but you always hope your experience will be better.

18 days later still no package or any kind of update from the store

Ordered a lawn mower two weeks ago no response tracking number don’t work
Emailed them no response it’s a scam bank on to it
