Scammers. Ordered and paid for a rug. Never shipped. But they kept my money. Won’t call me back. I’ve put in a claim with PayPal. Beware.

We are genuinely sorry that this customer was disappointed with their experience.
However, we would like to provide additional context for future customers reading this review.
The review states that the rug was “never shipped” and that we “kept the money.” This is not an accurate reflection of the final outcome of the order.
The rug in question was a handmade premium rug produced by our artisans in India. As with all handcrafted rugs, production requires significant time, skilled labor, quality inspections, finishing work, and international shipping coordination. Throughout the process, we remained engaged with the order and ultimately completed, shipped, and delivered the rug.
The customer’s frustration primarily arose from delays and communication issues during production and transit. We fully acknowledge that we could have communicated more proactively and that the experience did not meet the standard of service we strive to provide. For that, we sincerely apologize.
What we cannot agree with is the suggestion that this was a scam. The order was real, the rug was produced, the rug was shipped, and the customer received the product. At no point did we take payment without fulfilling the order.
As a small manufacturer and exporter of handmade rugs, our business depends entirely on trust, craftsmanship, and long-term customer relationships. We have served customers across multiple countries and work directly with skilled artisans whose livelihoods depend on the quality of every piece we create.
We respect every customer’s right to leave honest feedback, including criticism regarding delays or communication. At the same time, we believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect the complete outcome of a transaction.
To anyone reading this review, we encourage you to evaluate both the customer’s concerns and our response. We remain committed to improving communication, providing transparency throughout production, and delivering high-quality handmade rugs that our customers can enjoy for many years.
