Customer service and communication was excellent. Product was back ordered by manufacturer but Carl at ‘Bits of Plastic’ kept in regular contact and saw the order through to completion.

Fantastic
Fantastic! Saw the item I wanted by accident via a few photos on Facebook advertising the shop (the figure I was after was sat on a shelf). This led me to look online for the shop itself, I placed an order, it was dispatched first thing the next morning and arrived within a couple of days. Perfectly packaged (Amazon could learn a few things) and in mint condition. Will shop here again.

This was the first time ordering
