I have been buying from The Whole Shebang for about 5 years. I have never had any issues with my orders (and i often receive orders monthly). After hearing they recently opened a shop, I wanted to visit, but it was a good three hours from my home. On a recent trip to Kettering, i couldn't help but pop in and was amazed hoe so much was fit into one shop. I ended up picking up an order and buying more while there. Was great to finally meet Matt after ordering for so long and having great communication. Hopefully ill be able to call in again at some point

One of the best online stores around to get all of my Masters Of The Universe figure. Very well priced on items and super fast delivery every time. Great communication as well when required. Always my first go to when it comes to adding to my collection.

Popped in to the store in Kettering to be greeted by a smiley fella. We chatted for ages about toys, movies, and i left with a cool figure.
Great range of stock with a lot of stuff you just don't see in the UK, free postage on the website too.

I ordered an item from this site recently for the first time after discovering it. I was shocked at the condition the item arrived in.

First, the large cardboard box it was sent in was bashed to pieces and the actual figure inside had all the packaging ripped both at the front and the back of the NECA packaging. While it's entirely possible that goods can get damaged in transit with Royal Mail, there was zero packaging support placed in the box to protect the figure from such damage, such as bubble wrap or stuffing paper. It was literally just an oversized bashed up cardboard box with the unprotected figure box thrown inside. I was surprised at this as the website states that those behind it are themselves collectors, so obviously they would know that nobody wants to receive a figure that looks like it had just done a couple of rounds with Mike Tyson.

Whether this damage occurred in transit or in the shop itself and just wasn't checked before being thrown into the cardboard box, the website says that the customer needs to pay return postage costs. This is totally unacceptable when the package reaches the customer in such a state. I never bothered returning it since we were taking this figure out of the box for display anyway, but if that was someone's birthday present for example, to send a figure out in this state is appalling and put me off using this company again.

On a positive note, the delivery time was very good and rapid, and the prices on this site are very reasonable compared to other places such as HMV and Zavvi. However the condition the item reached me in and the lack of care in packaging it made me concerned about ordering anything else from them, especially a larger or more valuable item or a gift item for someone.
