The whole Shebang Reviews

Item arrived earlier than expected and perfect as advertised!

Always great service :)

Fast delivery, all the new stuff in stock first

Got hear on time and not damaged

I have been a customer of The Whole Shebang for a number of years, purchasing a number of in stock items and several pre-order figures, typically being those not usually stocked by UK retailers. The items are always well-packaged and shipped quickly once in stock, whilst my profile page makes it easy to track my orders and any changes to when they are expected.
As a figure collector, I consider The Whole Shebang to be a crucial service in getting harder to find items as a reasonable price. I'm a big fan of the service.

Had a problem with the order when it arrived spoke to Matthew and he sorted it out straight away fantastic customer service and great product thank you

Matt was really helpful, had a delay with a pre order but sorted a replacement and delivered super fast. Used these guys a few times and had a great experience each time.

Was a little apprehensive about using a store/site id never heard of before, but I’m glad to say it was a very positive experience. Ordered figure on the 4/5 and recieved today (6/5). Figure was shipped with Royal Mail and not Evri, which is an immediate thumbs up in my book. Very happy with purchase, will definitely be shopping here again.

Always an excellent service and quick delivery. Great range of products and hard to find essentials.

Always my first port of call for the latest releases and also rare products

Answered my email queries re delayed pre-orders promptly with the information they had been given by their suppliers. Items came well packaged by a reputable courier company; DPD. Wouldn't hesitate to order from again

A great seller, great service, very highly recommended!

Great packaging, quick service, easy communication. Every order comes through in pristine condition.

Bang on service.

Fast service, collectibles packed with care so these stay safe in transit

Will use again

Very good, all round. Quick, efficient and professional. Also, if you have any issues they get back to you quickly. Most of all though, they offer incredibly good prices and all-important free postage.

I always make my purchases from TWS. The staff are always there to answer any queries, they always get the stock Im looking for, nomatter how scarce it is.

Their delivery is always rapid and you're kept up to date in your parcel's whereabouts. Items are always packed very well and arrive without any bumps or bangs.

The service, prices, everything every time I buy with you all, I'm always over the moon.

Really couldn't be happier and you all really couldn't do better!

Placed 2nd order with this company, had brilliant prices for unique WWE figures.

1st order was a preorder wave 2, came 1 month earlier than the released date (march vs April) so was super pleased.

Delivery and packaging very good. Would be good to advise showing how long things would Take as it’s unknown whether items coming from USA or England.

Overall happy to go to them also great that they are coming up on google search now!

Outstanding service all round:great value, quick response to questions, fast delivery and amazing packaging that really shows the respect they have for collectors expectations.
