i placed an order for five star wars mandalorian figures with this company.. first time using this company and i am very pleased with the service and the packaging which was excellent carded backs all clean and in great condition ...will definitely use again

I really like Star Action Figures. Their prices are incredibly competitive, dispatch times are fast, and communication is great. Items always arrive very well packaged and the toys and collectibles inside are always mint. One of the best for action figures and collectibles in the UK.

Probably (actually more like definitely) the best store in the UK for Star Wars fans. They are brilliant for almost all action figure brands to be honest.
I'm quite possibly their worst customer and yet I cannot rate them highly enough.

Their slogan is "Where Collectors Matter". Wayne and the gang make sure that is absolutely true. From order to receiving (amazingly packaged) items there is nothing too much of a problem.

Anyone leaving low score reviews simply haven't read clear information given on item pages and the stores FAQs

Star Action Figures is by far the best e-tailer tor action figures out there. The service offered has always been excellent, packing is phenomenal and in the rare times I've had an issue or had to cancel an item, the response has been fast, friendly and courteous. They are my number one choice for ordering as I feel secure in the knowledge it will be a first class experience!

Great inventory, competitive prices and collector grade shipping and packaging. I've used SAF loads over the years for in stock and pre order items. Never any issues with orders and any queries raised around release delays or incoming stock availability have always been responded to to quickly and concisely. One of the top tier Figure collectors sites out there. Always sort out problems quick when needed. They give good feedback on their facebook page so you know what's coming in and what time, and letting you know what's going on site wise.

Absolutely outstanding. Placed order 19/3 am, was shipped later that day and delivered 21/3 ( thank you also Royal Mail). Item was cheapest around so I'm very glad I came across SAF for this one. In fact, I did buy something from them last year and was impressed with service. Awesome retailer!

After emailing with the site about a particular figure which was due to go up for pre order, and them telling me it was going live that day - they conveniently stuck the figure in a bundle with 4 other figures and didnt list it individually. I would suggest anyone looking to buy from them, does not message or share what interests them as they stoop to the low of sticking a £30 figure in a £180 bundle as the only way to buy it. These figures are not even released yet. Really regret making previous purchases from them, and reaching out. I had several more items in my basket but i have decided to leave the intended purchase as they have been really unpleasant. Its convenient that they listed other figures individually.

EDIT - I have emails which show the seller tell me that the item would be listed for sale that same day, and they could not give me a time that it would be listed. I was fine with this and kept regularly checking the site. They then put the figure behind an extra £150 of figures in a bundle. Any decent people would have said before hand “ we are not selling it separately though, it will be behind a bundle only” - which wouldnt have been so bad, but they decided to string me along, and waste my time regularly checking the site! They knew the figures that i asked about buying, and then neglected to mention that they would be putting it behind an unnecessary bundle. Also in regards to the seller stating that i am a liar, and no other figures from the wave were listed. There are 3 listings from their site that prove otherwise! Vigilante & Shazam (the March Pre orders wave from Mcfarlane - which was also where Joker was released)

I did not write this review in response to being told no, as the site would like to leave you thinking. I wrote it due to them stringing me along and wasting my time, neglecting to mention that they wanted to put it behind a premiumly priced bundle with other figures, presumably to shift the other figures quicker. I honestly wouldnt have been bothered, had they not wasted quite a few hours of my time, regularly checking the site to see if they were added. I have the emails, and am happy to share with anyone. I never expected them to reserve stock, i simply asked politely. I then asked when they would be added, which they couldnt tell me, which meant that i had to keep checking. I have not been too well, and too have people deliberately waste your time - its quite a shame. It all comes down to, why not just say “its not sold individually” - and then i wouldnt have been checking all day for a pre order.

We are just awaiting for confirmation that we can go live with this one before we put it up for pre-order. As soon as we get confirmation, we will put it live but we do not know when this is.

Me - Ah right, im really desperate to try and get 1/2 of them. Maybe even variant if you individually list it separately! Loads of other sites listed them. Anychance i could reserve 3? 2 standards and 1 platinum? Jack Nicholson-ish Joker? The Keaton Films are my favourite and i would be so happy to have The Joker to go with Catwoman and Penguin. Or even if i could know when to expect them to go live, ill be there straight away aha.

Unfortunately until these go up for pre-order on the site, we are unable to accept any reservations for them and once they have gone live, all reservations need to be made by pre-ordering on the site. We are expecting them to go live today at some point but we do not have an exact pre-order time.

I then checked the site regularly for a further 2 hours as had no emails back.

EDIT - owner “Wayne” decided that my transcript proves that i wouldnt take “no” for an answer. Everything i ask, i only ask ONCE. You can see from his “current” reply, the kind of Person he is. Defensive, accusatory, rude. In Waynes head, he is never the common part of a problem. Its everyone else…

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO FACEBOOK POST SELLER MADE - The company posted my review on their facebook page, where several of their fans have actually sent quite abusive messages. Many of which are 20/30/40 years older than my self. Its quite sad, and actually hurtful to see people make so many assumptions. If you get a buzz out of being abusive to people you haven’t interacted with, it shows cruelty.

Wayne is 30 years older than me, and thought it appropriate to entice people to leave nasty comments about me on facebook.

There was an issue with a figure in my recent order, I contacted them through their website just to make them aware not really expecting a replacement. It wasn’t a major issue.

They checked their stock and none of the figures had the same problem. They offered to replace it if I wanted to. They sent a returns label and 10 days later I have a new figure.

Other than having to cancel preorders, I haven’t had the need to contact their customer service. Excellent service, emails were replied within 24 hours. I know each day they work orders before replying to emails but I never felt I had to chase them, and all sorted quickly.

I bought a couple of figures off of Star. They shipped them the next day and when they arrived I was delighted to see how well packaged they were. The box was sturdy and filled with bubble wrap. I’d definitely buy from Star again.

I ordered four minix boxed figure protectors. One was of poor quality but after contacting the customer service they sent out a replacement. I am thrilled with the quality and service provided. I highly recommend the company and the staff who were quick to reply to my questions.
