East to Prepare Business Cards
Easy to prepare the business cards. The reason for 4 stars was that the cost of shipping was very high more than what I paid for the business cards.
The cards were good quality and arrived well before the expected arrival date.

The ease of ordering and the assistance…
The ease of ordering and the assistance with the design was great. The tracking for the shipping was good and updated in a timely manner. The only downside was the delivery date delay due to customs. Anyone ordering should add on a week

Order not Received and Bizay simply ignored my request
I ordered business card. The cards were shipped but carrier missed them. Carrier gave me a reference number which I shared with Bizay. Carrier even agreed to compensate the loss, but Bizay did not verify that and simply relied on carrier's delivery link which showed the delivery was done in a wrong city. Bizay did not even bother to check the city of delivery. This is either ignorance or fraud. I either need my company's money back or my order shipped again. Bizay will not lose anything as the carrier will compensate that, so I'm not sure why they pushed back. Case registery number CASE-04344601. TNT case number: C-230297715

Excellent work, quick service
I was apprehensive when I placed the orders for these two items, but my fear turned to great joy when I received the finished printed labels. They came way ahead of the expected dates correctly done.
