I am a 49-year-old female receiving care from Black Horse Care. Overall, I am happy with the service. The carers are kind, respectful, and help me with personal care while maintaining my dignity.

The support allows me to stay independent at home, which is very important to me. However, there are sometimes delays or changes in carers without notice, which can be unsettling.

Overall, I appreciate the care I receive, but better punctuality and communication would improve the service.

Blackhorse care are so amazing I am so happy and glad I trusted them with my care. The management team are always on point with everything and my carer Mary she is such a lovely lady god bless her. She’s always on time she spends time with me and makes sure am happy before she leaves. With my past carer companies I was so unhappy and depressed but I am glad I made the right choice to move to Blackhorse and will tell everyone to try them for there care.

From the day of the initial assessement for my father, one year ago, the BlackHorse Care team Mr Augustine Ukandu (manager) and our Primary carer Mr Arun Gangipelly, have been outstanding.
Arun has settled in from the get go, bonded very well with my father (and also our 3 cats) taking care of my father and all the tasks in the care plan, but also always going the extra mile and making sure we are all comfortable and happy, i have so much peace of mind that my father is in good hands with BlackHorse care and Arun, from the get-go, has become part of our family, he is extremely well mannered, very respectful, kind and caring and professional and very clean, he is also very informative and explains everything from the day so i am in the know with everything to do with my father, thank you Arun and thank you Black Horse Care for everything you do.

Sumbal was excellent and provided the exact requirement. This allowed me to become very knowledgeable on the type of service and external support available to us. Plus I was given care and attention, time to air my issues to a sympathetic ear, and didn't feel rushed at any time. Carer are always on time. I like the fact that I had the opportunity to meet my main carer as well as my back-up carer, both lovely bubbly and cheerful and light to my day. Thank you black horse care team.
