The house is very well mantained and kept … the only thinks I didn’t like and few others housemates i talked to had the same idea was the fact that we were forced to sign a 75£ fee to clean the room at the end of the tenancy by the house cleaner or I had to pay an outside agency and by the law this is illegal, I can clean my room and leave it cleaner then how I found it definitely (tenant fees act 2019) and the micromanaging to check personal food cabinets and constant visits to the house.
Last the 1 pound fee to use the washing machine (to do a normal weekly wash you have to add another 5 pounds a week to the 900£ rent ) so we were paying for electricity bill in theory

Very professionally run. The landlords take great care of the property and communicate clearly.

Gorgeous home, everyone in the house does their part to make sure the shared spaces are kept clean.
The landlords are very hands on by far one of the best I have had. Very accomadating and have a cleaner who comes once a week to add just that more to the cleanliness of the house.
I stayed in one of the ensuites, very spacious room and lovely sized bathroom.

10 minute walk from the nearest station so made my travel to work very simple.

Living there was lovely but moving out uncovered the issues. They wanted me to move out 2 weeks before my end of tenancy, without any promise of return of rent paid for those two weeks. They acted as though it was absurd of me to decline this request. Despite this I tried returning as they are great landlords but my referencing took a bit longer than expected which irritated them. To which they responded by stating that theyd be closing my file and stop the process, even though I was still within the 15 day deadline to complete refencing. And have now refused to return my £150 holding deposit, despite it being them who said they'd be closing my file and suggesting i find another place. I would definitely not rent with them again.

Friendly experiance and great communication through out my stay. Nice clean room and a decent location, Very helpful with any issues and things that needed sorting.

I have lived in the property for just under two years and have had a very positive experience renting from Paul and Carol. The house itself is lovely and very well located, which has made living here really enjoyable.

Paul and Carol have always been responsive and helpful whenever anything has come up. They have also done a great job of keeping the house well maintained and keeping me informed about things like cleaner visits and any other updates.

Overall, they have been great landlords and I would happily recommend renting from them.

I stayed in one of the Woking rooms for a full year and had a really positive experience. The room itself was great and the area is fantastic, convenient, and pleasant to live in.

They have been involved and always doing their best to manage any difficulties coming with house sharing which is not always easy or within their control.

Carol and Paul were great landlords throughout my two year stay (January 2023 to January 2025) in their house share in Woking. They ensured all issues were resolved quickly and correctly. Whilst the bedroom and shared living space were both to a high standard when moving in and throughout with regular cleaning and maintenance provided. I would recommend to anyone looking to work in Woking and the surrounding area.
