I honestly can’t thank Blacks Business Brokers enough. They successfully sold my first business for me three years ago, and after that experience, I had no hesitation in using them again when I decided to put my second business on the market just three months ago.
Once again, they have delivered beyond expectations. The service has been impeccable from start to finish — professional, proactive, and always keeping me informed throughout the process.

I cannot recommend Black Business Brokers highly enough. From start to finish, they managed the sale process professionally, efficiently, and with complete transparency.
The whole process was handled seamlessly and exceeded my expectations at every stage. Their knowledge of the market, communication, and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout what could have been a very stressful process.
They guided me every step of the way, dealt with everything proactively, and made the entire sale feel straightforward and well managed. Their professionalism and commitment to achieving the best outcome were evident from day one.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - BE WARNED
I would not recommend this company; they failed to sell my business. The interested parties had no cash, and it was evident they had no experience running a business.
The Blacks represtentive was constantly asking me to reduce the price, although the price was 3x annual net profit.
Then, once they could not sell it, they sent me a bill for £15,000, with a shady accounts department that puts the phone down on you when questioning. They then sent an invoice and then to a debt collection agency.
PLEASE note that YOU are personally liable for their fees, NOT the business, so be conscious of that.

No broker can guarantee a sale, and any transaction is dependent on buyer interest, funding, due diligence and commercial agreement between the parties. It is also normal for market feedback to be discussed with a client where pricing may be affecting the level or quality of interest received.
Our fees and payment obligations are clearly set out in the signed agreement before any work is undertaken. The invoice was not issued because the business “could not be sold”; it was issued in accordance with the agreed terms following withdrawal/termination of the instruction.
Where an account remains unpaid despite correspondence, we may escalate the matter through our standard recovery process. We do not accept the description of our accounts team as “shady”.
For confidentiality reasons, we cannot discuss private accounts or recovery details on Trustpilot. We remain willing to review any specific concerns directly if you contact us through the usual channels.

I would give 0 star if I could. Don’t trust these people. They are just scammers. I gave them my business to sell it . I paid £1800 upfront , They didn’t even arrange one viewing in 6 months. Just a rip off.
I had another broker with £0 upfront he was arranging 2-3 viewing a week
The funny thing they called me asking for 5% after sale which I didn’t sell my business with them.😂😂😂

We are sorry to read that you are unhappy with your experience.
However, your review does not accurately reflect the full circumstances. We advised on several occasions that a valid non-domestic EPC was required in order for the business to be marketed in compliance with the legal requirements relating to commercial property, and that this needed to be put in place within the required timeframe rather than after a sale had been agreed.
We also believe that prospective buyers should be given clear information at the outset so that any interest is genuine and properly informed, rather than based on incomplete details that may not lead to a transaction once the full information is known.
While we appreciate your frustration, we do not accept that characterisation of our business or service. We remain willing to discuss the matter directly and professionally should you wish to do so.

SCAMMERS - Run Away!
I had a restaurant to be sold in London. They called me asking to sell the restaurant. The vendors valued it at £60,000, and 21 years of lease remained. **Content Removed for Flagging** For almost 4 months, there was not even a single lead or viewing was arranged. Such a Shame on them.
When asked, they said that they will definitely close in a week or two. But nothing happened, I was piling the bills of the rent and others. Landlord was pressurising me for the rent and others. But they were very cool without any action. Finally, the landlord took over the restaurant.
We emailed this to BBB and said it was disappointing. They didn't reply, instead they ghosted us. After 8 months they sent an invoice for the sale of restaurant which they didn't even do.
**Content Removed for Flagging** I have the list and screenshot of all the negative reviews of Blacks Business Brokers and planning to publish them by buying a domain very shortly.
And, if you want to see their reputation, see their annual accounts submitted to Companies House for company number 06648404. They claim that they sell 100s of Business, but only Debters instead of revenue.
Now, I will get a threat or a court notice for writing this detailed review about them.
