After some communication difficulties I finally received my shipment. It took approx 4 werks but that is okay. They are not a scam at least.

Beställde varan 26/9. Det stod då att man skulle få vänta på att nån hörde av sig och hur mycket frakten skulle kosta. Fick aldrig någon återkoppling. Så kontaktade som själv och dom tog betalt och allt. Han skrev att efter jag hade betalat så skulle jag ett spårningsnummer direkt. Fick spårnings nummer 10/11. Fick paketet den 19e och va såklart tvungen att betala tull. Det va även vid många tillfällen säljaren jag skrev med slutade svarade. Usel service, va ärliga från början istället... Då hade jag sluppit lämna denhär resentionen

Therefore, your phrase about the low quality of service is not entirely correct. However, the situation that arose made us understand what weaknesses we have and how they need to be solved.
