Zero stars if possible. Sent a faulty device- and they can tell do to their ap. Nothing but problems after. Long hold times. Multiple calls. Reps in other countries. Plus charged me almost $300 because my insurance company wouldn’t cover. Ask your doctor for anyone else and save the headache.

Disgusting and unethical behavior shown by the Management, simply lack of leadership and zero empathy without allowing employees to get themselves and their families to safety during the earthquake in Colombia. Absolutely disgusting

Wow, this company has revealed its true nature. It shows little concern for its employees, focusing instead on profit and securing their payments. This is not a reputable company to engage in business or employment with. Any CEO from another company should avoid partnering with an organization that fails to understand the importance of respecting and showing empathy towards its employees. They lack integrity, consideration, and compassion. It is best to avoid supporting this business.

This company just showed, in the clearest and most recorded way possible, that the lives and safety of its employees matter less to them than not losing a few hours of productivity.
On Monday, August 10, 2026, after a magnitude 7.4 earthquake (the strongest in Colombia in the last decade, which left hundreds dead and injured across the country), a superior at Blackstone Medical Services — publicly identified as Jack Muñoz — addressed the workers and essentially said:
“I’m not going to give you the order to leave. Whoever wants to go can go, but if nothing happens today, you will have to answer for abandonment of post.”
They were on a high floor (reportedly the 11th). The building shook. People were scared. And the institutional response was to threaten labor sanctions against anyone who chose to prioritize their own safety and that of their families.
Afterwards, far from apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, the company defended that position, threatened disciplinary measures against those who shared the video, and treated evacuating as if it were a “lack of professionalism.” In other words: first they put people at risk, then they try to punish whoever dares to speak out about it.
This is not “one bad decision by a manager.” It is a culture. It is the mindset that the worker is a disposable resource as long as the business does not stop. In a seismic country, with clear emergency protocols and with the right to life and safety above any contract, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
Blackstone Medical Services (the Colombia operation) has just made it crystal clear to anyone who works or is thinking of working there what kind of company it is: one that, when the ground shakes, prefers that its employees stay put out of fear of “abandonment of post” rather than allowing them to go to a safe place.
Zero empathy. Zero common sense. Zero respect for the people who generate their profits.
If you value your life and your labor dignity, avoid them.
